Welcome! I'm Kathryn. I’m so glad you’re here. As a healer, light worker, intuitive guide, and empath, my purpose is to help you release the emotional and energetic blocks that are holding you back from living your fullest, most empowered life. With an undergraduate degree in Psychology and a Master’s in Organizational Leadership, and years of experience working in Health Care I bring a unique combination of psychological insight, leadership principles, and deep intuitive wisdom to my healing work.
My journey has been deeply transformative — I healed from narcissistic abuse and overcame years of trauma, which led me to discover the profound power of soul-level healing. I understand the struggle of feeling stuck in old patterns and beliefs, but I also know how powerful the process of healing can be. It is my deepest passion to help others break free, heal from the past, and step into their true potential.
My education in Psychology provides me with a strong foundation in understanding human behavior, while my Master's in Organizational Leadership allows me to approach healing from a holistic, empowering perspective. I’m able to blend both a deep understanding of the mind and soul with the tools to help you lead yourself toward lasting change.
